For Domain Owners
Your fans already
rep your brand.
Your domain is next.
Fans wear your jerseys, buy your merch, and put your name in their bios. FanForward gives them one more way to show the world who they rep: a personal email alias at your domain that forwards to their real inbox.
They can't send from it. They can't pretend to work for you. It just makes them feel like part of the team.
It costs you nothing to start. You set the annual price. Every sale is profit.
What your fans get
A personal email alias at your domain. It receives messages and forwards them to whatever inbox they already use. They can't send from it. No access to your systems. No confusion.

What you get
New revenue stream
Set your own annual price per alias. Recurring revenue from fans who already love you. It costs you nothing to start.
Zero infrastructure
You update a few DNS records with your registrar. We handle email routing, payments, support, renewals, and abuse monitoring. That's the full split.
Word-of-mouth marketing
Every time a fan shares their email address, your brand goes with it. It's like someone wearing your jersey 24/7. Free, organic, everywhere.
Deeper fan engagement
Fans who carry your domain in their email are your most loyal audience. Give them something they'll use and show off every single day.
Brand protection
Username policies prevent impersonation. Reserved word lists block sensitive handles. You control what's allowed on your domain.
Inbound only
Fan aliases receive email and forward it. Nobody can send email as your brand. No risk of someone pretending to be an employee.

Common questions
Can fans send email from my domain?
No. Fan aliases are inbound-only. They receive email and forward it. Nobody can send as your brand. Every forwarded message includes a disclaimer.
What if someone claims a name that shouldn't be used?
We enforce username policies that block impersonation, profanity, and reserved terms. You can also provide a custom reserved word list for your domain.
Does this affect my existing email?
Fan aliases work on your primary domain. If your team also uses that domain for corporate email, we recommend moving corporate mailboxes to a subdomain like corp.yourdomain.com. That way fans get the real domain, and internal email stays clearly separate.
How long is the commitment?
12-month initial term. After that, the agreement stays active as long as there are paid subscribers. You can pause new sales with 60 days notice.
What does it cost me?
Nothing upfront. FanForward charges $0.84/mo per active alias for infrastructure and deliverability. Standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) also apply on each transaction. Both come out of the sale price, not your pocket. You keep the rest.
How much work is this for my team?
Minimal. You update five DNS records with your domain registrar. We give you step-by-step instructions. After that, we handle email routing, payments, support, abuse monitoring, and renewals.
